The 27-acre Martins Manor property in Spotsylvania County was purchased by Jarrell Properties, Inc. for about $1.9 million.

Located at 9040 Jefferson Davis Hwy., the property is home to The Flea Market and Deep Creek Vintage.

The sale, from TM Early Land LLC to JPI Martin’s Manor LLC, closed in late December.

Marc G. Smith, vice president of commercial development and transactions with Jarrell, said Deep Creek Vintage will continue to operate in the Martins Manor house. The Flea Market will remain open under the ownership of purchasers James Jarrell IV and Charles Ginder, who plan on updates and adding an auction house.

Jarrell Properties, Inc. now owns about 72 acres in that area.

“We will look to develop the properties in the future,” said Smith.
